Jidenna releases new EP – Boomerang

Jidenna is working with more and more African artists and we’re here for it! He’s been staying quiet since the release of his debut album, The Chief, but has now surprised his fans with a new project. Boomerang features Tiwa Savage, Dot Cromwell, Burna Boy, Wale and Maleek Berry, Sarkodie & Quavo on the remix of Bambi from the first album. He’s one of the few African artists that is able to fuse American and African production together in a cohesive manner. I like where Jidenna is heading with his new sound and imagery (like with the cover art of plantains). Hopefully this leads to another album in 2018.
