You Deserve Some Accolades!

It is a great day in The Tribe HQ because, today, we are celebrating the graduation of our CEO.

To Ayo:

You deserve some Accolades.

There are not enough words to explain the hardships and obstacles that you had to overgo for this moment. We cannot possibly attest to what it’s like to be a master’s degree candidate while working a full-time job AND serving as the CEO of an online publication. While we cannot touch on all the negatives on the journey, we can touch on some of the positives we were privileged to experience with you.

In a world of robotic thinking, you chose to carve out a path that works best for you. You freed yourself creatively and brought along people to experience freedom with you.

You are God’s gift. You are filled with passion, courage, enthusiasm, motivation, joy, love, and so much more. You also understand that hard work is a necessity to turn your passion into purpose. You are a visionary, a persevering individual, and a leader. You have everything that is in the “Black man’s blood” therefore the final IS a deadly day.

As you continue to move up the ladder of success, we hope that you seek joy and true happiness. Fill your memories up with the most fulfilling life experiences and follow your heart. Remember that although failure might seem inevitable, it is God’s plan to prepare you for greater responsibilities. We hope that you never stop being a visionary and leader, but that you also understand that leadership is the ability to transform visions into realities. Lastly, we hope that we are around to celebrate all your benchmark moments.
