New Music: Anik Khan – “Oh My” Feat. Burna Boy & Sango

A few weeks ago, what may be one of the best collaborations to drop in sometime (that you probably haven’t heard yet), was quietly released. The collaboration in question is “Oh My” by Bangladeshi-American rapper/singer Anik Khan, featuring Afro-fusion superstar Burna Boy and the ever-so talented Soulection-affiliated producer, Sango. “Oh My” is a gorgeously fun listen, featuring heavy peecussions and birds chirping delicately, all while blending varying sounds with ease. On the song the two artists bask in the joys of lust and possible love, delivering it all to the listener in a sonically summer ready package. While many are still struggling to find footing on international collaborations, with “Oh My” Burna further displays that he simply just gets it–maintaining his ever evolving sound while still complimenting the accompanying artist.
